3. waffle slab Charaters:

A. Waffle slab formwork is good performance,not easy to damage,high strength ,size stability,high surface

hardness,friction resistance,easy to clean.

B. Each waffle slab formwork can bear more than 800-1000 kgs capacity ,can withstand a variety of construction load.

C. Plastic mold is heat and cold resistance, can be used in -20 to 60 degrees Celsius construction.

D. Installing is simple and conveninent,no need more technical requirements for operators,easy to demoulding,

casting concrete can be removed after 3 days.

4. waffle slab Benefit:

A: Lower steel cost.

Less use of reinforcement in the slabs,columns and foundation up to a total of 15% .(also in case of variants)

B: Lower concrete cost with an equal thickness.

Less concrete is used not only for the slabs,but also for the columns and foundations.

C:Reduction of weight up to 40%,

There are seismic advantage related to reduced building weight.

D: Reduction of column section or their number.

E:Reduction of the foundation load and deformations .
